MEYER Flatbed Laminating machine KFK-C
with cooling register and calibrating rollers

Flatbed laminating machine with two heating registers, calibrating rollers and cooling registers integrated in the conveyor belts. Interval heating and cooling zone. Manual height adjustment from 0 to 50mm separately for each register. Adjustable sloped inlet. Installation of endless belts possible. The belts are tracked by servo-motors with minimal cross movements.

The KFK-C is optimally suited for laminating several layers using thermoplastic adhesives. Due to the integrated cooling zone it is also possible to coat materials with thermoplastic adhesive. Flexible textiles-like materials, as well as rigid parts up to 50 mm thickness can be laminated. The machine is also suitable for calibrating voluminous material thanks to the quadruple height adjustment and the precisely adjustable calibrating rollers.
