With the granulate scatter it is possible to scatter granulate, pellets, flakes, chips, etc.. Typical materials that are scattered are EPDM, thermoplastic materials of all kinds, PVC, different recycling materials or activated carbon.
In combination with a flatbed-laminating-line or double belt press these scattered granulates can be processed again to a flat solid material.
With certain variations of the process parameters of the laminating machine different results can be achieved.
Especially the temperature and the pressure influence the density of the consolidated material. Also the gap between the belts of the double belt press and the gap between the pressure rollers influence the final thickness and the surface appearance of the material.
