For the automatic material transport we can offer different transport systems, as well as special systems with active clamping devices to perform the molding process with maximum control and to save material. For the heating we can offer IR-fields, contact heating presses and hot-air-ovens. The molding press can be single or double acting with press force from 20 to 500t. Handling systems automate the material flow and also automate the taking out of the finished part. An integration of the next following process can be realized.
