Winding technologies

Our center winders are equipped with safety chucks, pneumatic expansion shafts and - for higher tensile forces - with separating protective devices.
The winders can be equipped with edge control, moveable versions are also available. 
For optimized winding results, individual torque curves can be stored in the program.
The winders are of course optimized for the desired production speeds, as well as for the occurring tensile stresses.
The winding torques are continuously controlled by means of a measuring roller.
For sensitive materials, stretching systems and threading aids are available.
Working widths up to 3000mm are available.

Unwinders can be combined with a release film winder.
Material stretchers and rollers help to feed the material to the machine without wrinkles.
For complex composite structures with multiple layers, a working platform above the laminating line is ideal.

Pull-out unwinding units facilitate roll changes enormously - even with larger working widths - and are thus ergonomically and economically sensible solutions.

Your individual batch material winders can be integrated into our laminating lines. 
Separating protective devices such as enclosures for the winder or light grids can even be retrofitted to existing lines.
