Development
Based on our core competence in pressing, molding, adhesive bonding and coating we are the perfect partner for the development of your projects and ideas. In close cooperation with our customers we design one or more concepts for the realization of concrete product ideas. It goes without saying that we can also start small trials in order to prove feasibility and gain further knowledge for the implementation.
Procedure
After working out the concept we design a machine or a line which is ideally suited for implementing your idea. In doing so our mechanical design department works with Solid Works and Auto CAD and our electrical design department uses EPLAN. In case of need we will gladly take over almost every design task for you, starting from layout planning and production drawings up to pneumatic and hydraulic as well as electrical drawings. Feasibility studies can also provide further knowledge for the implementation of the concept.
