Job order production
On state-of-the-art milling and turning machines we manufacture metal parts which can also be painted in individual colors for our customers to use as individual parts or small series. We are specialized in large welded assemblies with subsequent machining, whereby sheet metal processing is included in our performance portfolio as well as laser cutting and CNC edging. In our test center, we also offer contract lamination: coating, calibrating, laminating or thermal treatment of nonwovens, technical textiles, foams and many more. In this way you can realize your pre-series or first product ideas before investing in your own laminating line.
For more than 20 years Maschinenfabrik Herbert Meyer GmbH has been established as an experienced partner in the field of metalworking and assembly. Our core competences are plant construction, milling of small batches and production of welding assemblies as well as prototyping. In addition, we offer modern assembly and switch cabinet construction. We represent the whole process chain from procurement to manufacturing and assembly incl. commissioning, documentation and dispatch.

Impressions
Contract lamination
We are pleased to work with you on a variety of contract lamination orders. Among others this includes lamination of roll material, consolidation of fabrics, prepreg production and sintering. Contract lamination is charged per hour, day our run meter. Our experiences application engineers and line operators are at your disposal for this service – please contact us and make an appointment with us!
