Carpet molding

For the production of car carpets the material (décor/heavy layer) is provided from rolls and then cut into panels of a specified length. These lines focus on the handling of the panels. This applies to the transport as well as the controlled feeding of other materials into the molding tool. By means of intelligent clamping systems the material is passed through the heating and molding presses in order to obtain the desired form.
